Boredom: Pond & Pet Picspam

fadeintoyouI was looking through some old pics on my husband's computer and decided to post some up. It's hard to get good photos of the fish in the pond as the water is hard to keep clear with the messed up summers we've had the last couple years, but last fall when it turned nice I managed to get some.
A good cluster of my scaley babies. That's not even half of them. There's two spawnings of goldfish in there somewhere, too.
Mizuko thetank massive koi. She's three years old this summer.
A gang of the older goldfish. Most of them have been with us since 2002 or so, about half starting out in an aquarium.
Yay, Hedwig! He was small here having gotten hurt the summer before while we were away on vacation. I think he hit a rock and it messed up his back because he swam in an L shape or whatever. He's huge this spring though so apparently he healed up pretty good!
If you look to the left there's a bigger white and black fish. That's Otto, another koi. He's pretty shy.
This is Kurt, my favorite. He looks mean ♥ He's also three years old.
Mizuko and Kurt are the biggest. Otto is a little smaller.
The pond as of last fall. It's a mess right now with some leaves still hanging around and some dead plants. I'm hoping to clean it up this weekend.
How it started out in 2006 at our new house. We only had 6 goldfish then.
Our very first pond back in 2003 at the farmhouse. I couldn't find a photo with any plants around it, lol.
And because I can't show pics of the fish and not the dogs...
He'll be 2 in just over a month. I'm celebrating by getting him fixed xD
She'll be... 10 late August? o.O
I don't have kids but I sure make up for it in the amount of pets I have, lol. To think back at the farm I had 7 barn cats in addition to my 3 indoors and two dogs...
